Katy is a nature-loving single mum, yogi and everyday priestess. Practical, spiritual and mystical, she is a lover of the beautiful mess of being human - the dark and the light and everything in between. With her heartful and no bullshit approach, Katy wants to help others to feel empowered to live a more deeply aligned and vibrant life - coming back to ourselves, back to our true nature and back into relationship with life.
London based for almost two decades, Katy’s professional journey took her from the corporate world to the charity sector, then onwards to yoga, sexuality and self and spiritual development. She gave birth to her son in the Welsh hills during lockdown, then in 2021 she relocated not far from London to Sussex in the South East of England when she became a mother, wanting her son to have a more nature-connected experience in his early years.
Since 2013 Katy has been running her own retreats in nature - creating, curating and facilitating retreat experiences that give people permission to step away from their busy lives for a moment, to slow down and find a sense of calm that they can integrate back into the everyday. She also developed and co-taught holistic yoga teacher training courses in India and Greece.
From 2014 to 2020 she was involved in event planning, curation and facilitation at a festival in the UK, where 500 people gathered for 4 days each summer on a journey of intimacy, connection, creativity and self-exploration. And since 2020 she has been embracing the journey of motherhood, emerging from the first few years underworld journey last year and rediscovering who she is beyond the archetype of mother.
Katy dabbled in local social justice and political movements over the years, and also spent many years disengaged from worldwide politics, though now she believes that true spirituality is: to be engaged, to give a shit, to know that a third way is possible. She cares deeply about nuance, and third way. And in long-term sustainable, soulful change - keeping an eye on the long road ahead rather than being swept up entirely in the drama of the moment.
Katy wanted to be part of a soul-led political movement, and believes wholeheartedly in the long-term vision of Singularity. This specific coherence role blends many of her innate skills and experience to bring the field together, in harmony with natural cycles, deepening bonds with each other and the natural world at the core.
