Saara Hannula is a Helsinki-based artist, curator, researcher and educator. During the past two decades, they have both initiated and been involved in a number of transdisciplinary and collaborative projects, whose aim has been to develop sustainable ways of relating and living with the Earth and pave the way for a cultural and civilisational transformation in the midst of the ongoing planetary crisis. In parallel, they have also been engaged in a continuous process of spiritual and personal transformation, ancestral and transgenerational healing and soul initiation. They have studied and received support from a variety of spiritual traditions and healing modalities, such as zen and tibetan buddhism, family and systemic constellation, ancestral healing, shamanism, breathwork, dance and somatic experiencing.
